The Lowell Neighborhood
				Revitalization of an historic district in downtown Colorado Springs including retail, office, residential, hotel and other amenities is the plan for the Lowell Neighborhood Development. It is centered around the Lowell School dating to the late 1800s. I created a brochure showing the mix of old and new with the look and size of an old-fashioned school composition book. The back pages have the look of the famous "Big Chief Tablet".
